- Client protection is unchanged for now
Freedom24 is expanding its local offices and in-house technology in Europe and is exploring a banking licence. Brokerage remains its core business.
Freedom24 serves residents of the EEA and Switzerland through Freedom Finance Europe Ltd, which is regulated by CySEC and belongs to the Nasdaq-listed Freedom Holding Corp.
A banking licence could eventually bring banking services alongside the brokerage account. Until anything is granted, client protection stays as it is: CySEC regulation and the Cyprus Investor Compensation Fund.
